This book contains 21 compositions devoted to Daniil (Ivanovich) Kharms and some other personas who were part of him. It is designed for considerate viewing and reading by thoughtful people and other sensible creatures. The pages are not stitched on purpose; they may be hung on walls for the education of those still unwise and young. Besides stretches with pictures, there are also pages with explanations of the texts of the pictures. On the backside of the pages there can be found stories about Daniil Ivanovich and his uneasy life as a material body. The book contains no bad words, but the speller was often bewildered. All is packed into a portfolio. In each package I cut out windows so that the book might peep out. I did this cutting by hand, so that each book might look different. Each copy is signed, but not with just a signature. For each owner I inscribe something very special and personally meaningful. So all the copies differ at least a little.
