This series of pen drawings has been performed on paper, that was bestowed upon me as a birthday gift. 2011. With this began a new perception of instruments and a new pleasure in drawing. Morandy is one of my most beloved artists. He is admirably dense and calm. He is complex without quirks. And he is clever without affectedness. An artist whose works are bigger than themselves.
