The chair in front is a typical soviet model. They were of two colors: red and yellow. We had five red chairs dwelling at our place; each had five rods connecting the back with the seat. That was an early pre-war version. Later, the chairs of the 50s /70s had only three rods.
The resting chair can be considered as the grandmother of the standing one.
