Double Silence

The Double Silence carpet is based on a collage called "Nobody is writing to the Colonel," which was a collage about loneliness. On the carpet, I've turned the theme upside down. Here, it's a quiet, silent dialogue. It's like two people we can't see are sitting on adjacent chairs, facing away from each other, but their internal conversation continues. The Double Silence is the form of this dialogue.
